What personal principles motivate you to work as a Compliance Manager?

I believe that integrity, transparency and evolution are vital for succeeding in any work environment, this is what drives me towards trying to learn and evolve for the better with each day that passes by. In the role as Compliance Manager, I work diligently to protect both AnyTech365 customers, the company itself and analyse every possible way the company along with its employees can evolve for the better.

What role does honesty and ethics play at AnyTech365?

Ethics and honesty are vital for AnyTech365 to succeed and stand out within the technical support and SaaS sector. These are values that we in compliance are making sure of each day that all the employees adhere too and respect.

What gives you the most satisfaction in your daily work?

Experiencing the positive improvements across the company and its employees after the thorough and dedicated work done by the compliance team. AnyTech365 has been and still is a fast-growing organisation within the tech sector, therefore it is very satisfying to see the compliance team always working to provide the highest quality work and making sure the company along with its employees always remain compliant with the natural growth and evolution AnyTech365 goes through.

Give a recent example of how you helped improve AnyTech365 services:

I was leading the implementation and roll-out of powerful AI tools used within compliance to the whole company. These tools have already been used successfully to streamline the whole compliance operation, make it more cost efficient and leave the Compliance Officers with more time to be around the employees for coachings, it is also being continously improved and devolped to become an integral tool for management and all employees to improve their KPIs with vast amount of data and analytics available with the click of a button.
