Interview: Compliance Officer Eva

The AnyTech365 Family is full of many nationalities – more than 40! This allows us to provide technical support in many languages – you can get PC help in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Portuguese, and more! German Compliance Officer and coffee-lover Eva tells us about her work to help AnyTech365 be the best online tech support service available.
  1. How do you spend your time?

My working day is starting with a cup of nice coffee – AnyTech365 is a very friendly place to work; we have delicious free coffee – and then I check new emails and daily reports to make sure I focus my time in the best way. I spend my day evaluating customer calls, and at the end of the working day I ensure all the scores have been saved correctly and send the scorecards to the analysts so it is clear for them if they are working correctly, or if they need to improve in some way.

  2. What role do honesty and ethics play at AnyTech365?

They are the most important part of professionalism, and we make the commitment to be ethical and honest in everything we do because it is best for customers and makes the company more successful!

  3. Why work as a Compliance Officer?

I love the opportunity to help our analysts to be even better!

  4. Compliance Officers use “scorecards” to evaluate calls – what is the most important criteria, and why?

For me, the most important scorecard metric is being genuine and having the connection with the customer. Building a respectful and trusting relationship with the customer is the first step to success – we are here to help the customer, if we are caring and clear, the rest is easy!

  5. What gives you the most satisfaction in your daily work?

The pleasant working atmosphere and the great team!

  6. Describe AnyTech365 in a few words

AnyTech365 is the FEEL GOOD COMPANY for me! I am very happy to be part of this company!
