  1. How do you spend your time?

    I listen to calls and evaluate them for most of the day, but I also speak directly with our analysts about how they can improve themselves – and about what they are doing great too! I work to make sure AnyTech365 is completely compliant, protects customers and gives the best remote computer help service in the world!

     

  2. What role do honesty and ethics play at AnyTech365?

    Honesty and ethics are really important – I think the most important – because we have to be honest and really helpful with the customers. Our service is about helping people – we cannot help if they do not trust us! AnyTech365 is very highly rated in independent consumers reviews – we only have this great reputation because of the focus on ethics as well as great service.

     

  3. Why work as a Compliance Officer?

    I want to make sure that AnyTech365 are always respected and get the best computer help service, that we are being truthful and doing good work and so that value of the company is clear and that we are respected in our industry too. I like to show that AnyTech365 are not “scammers” like many companies in the industry. We provide real value; working for the Compliance Department helps to ensure that every day.

     

  4. Compliance Officers use “scorecards” to evaluate calls – what is the most important criteria, and why?

    AnyTech365 forbids scare tactics or lies – I think is the most important. We cannot sell our products by lying to the client or scare them. Actually, we do not need it, because our product is very good. So, I think these criteria must be respected the most – it is the difference between our company and bad companies: we provide real and high-quality tech support! This is all that is needed to sell our product – show the value of our real service.

     

  5. What gives you the most satisfaction in your daily work?

    Making sure every interaction is “clean” and compliant so AnyTech365 customers are always happy and get the best, most helpful service! And I also like when the analysts come to find out how they can improve and I can help them. AnyTech365 is all about “people helping people” – I like to help my colleagues!

     

  6. Give a recent example of how you helped improve AnyTech365 services

    In 1-1 live coaching, or even when an analyst comes over for few minutes to ask for help and advice – the fact that I am available for them anytime to help them improve themselves and the quality of our service to customers.
