What gives you the most satisfactions in your daily work?

Seeing how my colleagues and I grow into a team every day. Organizing and helping each other to make the business grow.

Since I have been evaluating on the Dutch team, I have noticed an improvement amongst the commercial agents, so I would say that I have helped the Dutch team get better.
