  1. What role do honesty and ethics play at AnyTech365?

    They play an important role, even the main role in what we do. In the Compliance Department, we evaluate all calls to ensure that AnyTech365 are trustworthy and conducting business ethically. And then we must communicate in an honest and objective way when supporting our analysts. The business does not work without honesty and ethics!


  2. Why work as a Compliance Officer?

    I want to help the company to become the best in the sector, and to help our analysts to improve their conversations so that AnyTech365 is the absolute best and most trustworthy computer help company, and that our customers are properly and correctly assisted.


  3. What gives you the most satisfaction in your daily work?

    I love to see when the analysts really improve in their conversations and get the highest compliance scores. It means that our feedback and help really works and that AnyTech365 IT experts are committed to full compliance and high-quality customer service.


  4. Give a recent example of how you helped improve AnyTech365 services

    An analyst had received 0 points for certain criteria in a recent call evaluation. This is very unusual, and they immediately asked me for an explanation so that they could improve. By working with this colleague to obtain 100% scores, I helped to ensure the best experience for customers.
