  • What personal principles motivate you to work as a Compliance Officer?

    Being able to help agents improve and ensure we do business in a compliant way avoiding putting our customers in uncomfortable situations.


  • What role do honesty and ethics play at AnyTech365?

    They play a huge part at AnyTech365. We are 100% clear with our customers. Honesty builds trust and this, is the feedback we want to share with everyone at AnyTech365.


  • What gives you the most satisfaction in your daily work?

    Helping others to overcome their fears or difficulties and become better after every interaction.


  • Give a recent example of how you helped improve AnyTech365 services

    Some of our newest English agents had some difficulties with one particular call flow. We identified the pattern quickly and implemented the so called “Monday evening live help” activity, which had all English Compliance officers sit amongst the English sales team for 2 hours, providing help and guidance with live interactions. It proved to be very effective exercise, which we then turned into a tradition.
